Our aim for Corporate Clientele is to provide a discreet executive and punctual service, which amalgamates as an extension to your business.  With corporate travel being the core of our services, we have the expertise to ensure all your travel requirements will be seamless.


We welcome clientele to book or amend their journeys on the comprehensive on-line booking system at any time which provides you with all options and pricing for your journey requirements.  This allows us to deliver an efficient service; you are equally encouraged to call us should you wish to confirm a booking via telephone or would like us to oversee any aspect of your booking.


We service a variety of corporate hospitality events, roadshows and product launches throughout the UK.  Please contact us for any specific event where we would be happy to discuss this further.  Some popular events include Royal Ascot, The Henley Regatta, Wimbledon, The British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Cornbury Festival and the Wilderness festival.


We understand all economic environments entail cost effectiveness and we therefore ensure all our corporate account holders benefit from competitive rates.  Account rates may vary dependent on volume or as per requirements.


Our Chauffeurs are dressed in dark suits, tie, plain light shirt and dress shoes.  No jewellery other than a watch, wedding ring and cufflinks is worn.  Any specific attire as per requirement is at clientele discretion.


Our chauffeurs may not divulge or discuss any information they have become party to during the conveyance of clientele.  We understand this element to be a key aspect of our service.

Driving Standards

Our clientele should always have a smooth journey whilst working or resting.  To achieve the highest standard in terms of safety and comfort, our chauffeurs are periodically retrained.

Route Knowledge

All our chauffeurs undergo a test of arterial routes, airports, hotels, restaurants and other points of interest around Oxford and London.  Where we are advised of a planned itinerary, the necessary preparation is undertaken.

Meet & Greet

Your Chauffeur will welcome you with a tablet displaying the Westfields logo and your name at the pickup location.  You will then be assisted with your luggage and escorted to your chauffeur driven vehicle.  To ensure your Meet & Greet service goes smoothly, we recommend you provide us with the clients mobile number when making the booking so we may make contact if necessary.
